The dataset is collected from reliable real estate sources and preprocessed to ensure data quality and consistency.

Methodology

The core algorithm employed in this project is K-means clustering, a popular unsupervised learning technique. K-means clustering groups similar data points together by minimizing the within-cluster sum of squares. By iteratively assigning data points to the nearest centroid and updating the centroids based on the mean of the assigned points, K-means creates distinct clusters that reflect similarities in the financial attributes of dream houses.
