The first template format to support is Jinja2 (because that's what I'm using), but keep it open to support other template syntaxes.

Getting a good list of CSS selector anti-patterns would be a good start. Things like using multiple IDs (or any IDs) in a selector, etc.

For server-side code (that isn't JavaScript) we should also be able to index and cross-link it. Python is the first to support.

Check the HTML for any style or script code as part of the lint process. If any is found, provide refactoring help to move it out to appropriate files.

Be able to index and cross-link from .less files, not just rendered CSS.

Build a list of events emitted or listened on, with descriptions of the event. Create indexes suitable for documentation or refactoring.

Parse the Javascript to and build indexes to all of the Javascript functions and methods suitable for documentation or refactoring.
