Update goreleaser to add Linux package support for deb and rpm.

• add build req
• update readme with repo docs

Running command without an argument causes a panic runtime error.

Error:

Output color dark blue is sometimes difficult to read with some terminal color themes.

Homebrew deprecated :unneeded so it's throwing this warning.

This does not impact functionality or updates.
