Dynamic bottom card size
Describe the bug
If one side is unpopulated or both cards have less than 4 items populated in the bottom card the element reverts to a dynamic state and shrinks with data.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Populate either card with only three items.
Expected behavior
The bottom card should have a fixed size so the UI stays consistent on a 1080p monitor in full screen/kiosk mode
