I started working on a project from scratch using bettercms a month ago. now I have my own remote server in azure where i want to deploy my project . But how can i copy the local .mdf file to remote server ? all my bettercms files are stored in local .mdf file.
I tried to back up with sql script but i got an error like Index was out of bound array.

Create menu widget based on sitemap.
Add to pages: About Us, Blog, News.

Create layout, page and add content.
Create controller to POST form data.

When I tried to change my page layout with a template later on I could not able to recover it. did i lost my previous layout after put another template ? Is there any way to recover your last working layout ?

• Remove all contents / media history
• Set version numbers to 1
• Media files: instead of "c:/dev/Devbridge" set normal path (check if it's possible to set absolute path)

I used BetterCMS Demo with source code; after publishing the project, the next day all the content has been restored to the default parameters.

1. Contact us with IE10: after validation for Message textarea is provided, textarea itself "disappears" - see attachment

2. Gallery:
   2.1) Chrome: home page - click on next/prev photo - do not open it (just boarder appears on the component); gallery page - click on next/prev photo maximize the main photo and only second click opens needed one (not always, easiest to reproduce is using album with at least 4 photos)
   2.2) FF: mouse wheel scrolls more than one photo
   2.3) IE: as only main photo is visible, navigation to next/prev photo is not convenient if not using mouse wheel.

People often ask for an example, how sub-menu can be rendered.

• Add an example of sub-menu (update controller action / view model / view to support recursive menus)
• Move menu rendering to the widget. Widget can be easily reused. (they are rendered in the master layout at the moment)

Create widget and add to AboutUs page.

There is a demo contact form in demo web site: http://demo.bettercms.com/contacts/

Some data should be taken from widget options:

Email From address
Email subject
Email body should be customizable
Form title, submit button and all labels should be taken from options also.
