Tested out the API url here and it seems to be returning the disease symptoms just fine. But then, it's still unchecked as an item in the todo list in the project's readme. Is there an issue with the current implementation or the readme is just out of sync? :)
Update the CONTRIBUTION.md file name to CONTRIBUTING.md so as to allow GitHub direct new repo visitors to this guide.
And update the contents to mention or talk about the issues page so willing contributors know to check there, and the current repo project page, so they know what project the repo is currently undergoing, and the available TODOs.
Since we already have all front-end related work extracted into disease-info-ui, We will need to remove all related code from here, and make this a full API-only repository.
On a separate debugging/refactor, I notice that disease_page = open_page("http://www.who.int#{disease_link.attributes["href"].value}")
( https://github.com/devcenter-square/disease-info/blob/develop/app/lib/scrapers/who_scraper.rb#L33 ) seems to be throwing up a NoMethodError: undefined method 'attributes' for ... :Array error, as disease_link seems to be an array of the form ["href", "/entity/mediacentre/factsheets/fs101/en/index.html"] .
Thank you for this. I am building a project bringing awareness to chronic and/or rare diseases in an innovative way. Can a new data point for each disease be created that tells the rareness of each disease?

We need to make disease name in URL case insensitive. E.g https://disease-info.herokuapp.com/diseases/Tuberculosis should give the same response as https://disease-info.herokuapp.com/diseases/tuberculosis.
Stop or remove non-diseases like Immunization coverage - WHO or Millennium development goals (mdgs) - WHO from being picked or displayed by the scrapper
Hi. After I go to http://localhost:3000/diseases.json, there are only 94 diseases in the json. Is there another way to get the whole disease list or there are only 94 diseases?
Thank you.
