The billable property is mapped using activities of time_entries in redmine. It is not very efficient calling the api every time and try to map the property by match of the string.

Maybe it is a better was to define the Ids of the "Billable" and "Non billable"-Activities in the environment config file.

All Data got from Apis should be cached inside of the service, that requests are not be done everytime a component calls the getFunction of a resource in DataService. The DataService should return the cached data instead without obtaining data a second time from Api.
