CMake supports Windows?

Seems Windows is covered in the CMakeLists.txt?

[Suggestion] Include the pre-generated files

I found you are excluding them in .gitignore. As I know, the FOX Toolkit tarball comes with the needed to be generated files already pre-generated. They could be used as the fall back when generating new files fails.

Some gif files were renamed. It's hard to keep track of them. Is something like file(GLOB ICONS *.gif *.bmp) acceptable?

[Suggestion] Please keep the autotools based build system

Currently, the original autotools based build system used by FOX Toolkit is removed and replaced with the CMake based build system. Yes, I know the purpose of this project is to provide a CMake based build system for the FOX Toolkit. But, what would happen when the CMake based build system not working? If you keep the autotools based build system, at least, the users will have something to fall back rather than having to download the official tarball.
