It would be great to tag articles, recipes, etc. in this repo. I'm not sure how to best do this using Github, so if there's another service out there (such as GitBook) that would be better to use (that supports tags), let me know!

We could always just add labels for now!

I'm thinking things such as:
-vegan
-dairy-free
-anabolic
-science
-etc

Please suggest other tags!

Some may land here without much knowledge of what keto is — let's give a general [tl;dr] overview of the rules and the benefits!

Also, perhaps we should add a section called The Science for nitty gritty details?

I'd love to see this repo become more of an e-book over time — if anyone wants to make suggestions for how to best organize everything, suggest away!

Also, I'm curious if we may be able to organize the data in such a way that it becomes easy to add to our coming API. Any thoughts? Should we keep REST in mind when organizing things?
