Hi The export data to excel does not work properly. The headers and table data are mixed up. Please can you advise on an estimated data for resolution?
Hi,
There seems to be an issue when exporting data. When data is exported, only 500 rows of data come through.

Hi David,
I have created a bar chart with alternative dimensions and displayed this within a tabbed container. However when I click on the export button within the tabbed container, the data that is exported doesn't resemble the data in the chart.
Please can you take a look and fix this bug? I've attached a sample app for you to take a look and replicate the error.
Many thanks,
Sarah
The code that defines the 5 items corresponding to the tabs can be substantially decreased with a for loop.
Steps to reproduce:
Current result:
Expected result:
Along the top of the visualization only the bottom third of the Sense "bubbles" for Snap Shot and Full Screen can be seen. Although they do work if you get your mouse to click just right....
Please allow the bubbles to be fully visible.
Also, at the moment, the extension only goes into stacked mode when resizing the container.
For data with commas(,), the csv export separates the data into different columns.
For example: $450,000 would be exported to csv with $450 in one column and 000 in the next column of a exported row.
That is,
Col1 Col2
A $450,000
B $475,000
gets exported to csv as:
Col1 Col2 Extra Col
A $450 000
B $475 000
Is there a way to fix it? Number formatting would always have commas, could the exported csv use a different delimiter like ; or tab?
I noticed that when you resize the browser screen the content of the tab shrinks and won't expand when you expand the browser window back to its original size. You would have to "refresh" the page for the content of the active tab to also size back. It is a great extension and it would be nice if this is fixed. Qlik June 2017 SR1, Chrome build: 60.0.3112.90
Thank you for your effort. When I try to export data from a pivot table to excel. The errors can be found in console as below. Would you please help to check? Thank you very much.

@dfarache, Sorry about this but this is more an enhancement request. Pivot tables in Qlik September '17 release have a default expand/collapse feature, but that doesn't appear in this extension. Is that default behavior or is this extension not yet compatible with September '17 release?
Thanks again!
Hi
Thanks for the tabbed container, it works great! I have 2 pivots in a container with dynamic labels using the "$(=)" method. The display on Qlik Sense is working perfectly.
However, when I export as csv, the label shows up as the full formula instead of showing the evaluated value - is there any way to fix this?
Thanks!
Hi
We have detected a significant performance degradation using this extension instead of having the same objects in the same sheet without tabbed-container.
With small apps the performance is similar or you don't realize about it, but when higher ones, if you have three charts one per tab, the performance is very very worst than if you put this three graphs on the sheet without tabbed-container.
For us it was the main handicap for using in production .
Thanks
There is an issue where the export to csv is skewed if your data already has a comma in it. In my case its a company name in the format "Mega Company, Inc." When this happens all columns following the company name get shifted to the right for that record.
When trying to use this object in an embedded iframe I get an "Invalid Visualization" error. This extension appears to only work within the Qlik Sense hub.
And it should be grayed out if the underlying object cannot be exported, and not hidden.
Amazing extension. Allows us to accomplish a lot more within the same landscape. Have one minor issue:
"Qlik Selection Menu" is getting hidden or cut off during selecting values.
We are using two tabs and everything looks good until we make a selection. Once we make a selection, the lasso tool, clear selection, cancel and confirm selection menu thats shows up gets hidden or cut off. See screen shot. Im using IE11
Please help!
Users have expressed they'd like to have up to 10 tabs.
Latest version with sense June 2018 is not working properly. It states:
Invalid visualization
The visualization was not found on the server
Crome console gives an error: 40.8e64cfe8993264ccfc07.js:576 Error in extension 'extensions/TabbedContainer_v2/TabbedContainer_v2': Can not use internal module 'filesaver'.
Problem is that something is fetched from internet side by extension on Sense June 2018. Extension works if I enable internet proxy on the server.
After some testing of this feature:
-In IE 11 on Windows 10 with Office installed and able to open csv files, was prompted to install an unspecified desktop app.
-In Safari in iOS, it opened as text in the same browser tab, replacing the Qlik Sense session.
The color of the container can be set either through a color picker or an input box, having the latter priority over the former.
Currently the input text is non-functional.
not able to see export button even after disabling the option in Additional settings."Hide Export Button" as No.The down arrow icon for export is not coming.
Hi team,
First I want to thank you for this awesome extension.
When I export the data the filter is lost and all data is exported.
Would appreciate your review on this issue.
Thanks
This is such a wonderful extension thank you for all your hard work and for sharing it.
We do, however, have one problem that I hope you can help us resolve.
I downloaded Version 2 of the app. "Tabbed Container_V2"
The Excel version we're on is Microsoft Excel 2010.
We have the problem when exporting data in a pivot table to excel.
The export creates a column for every comma (thousands separator) in the data.
Below is an example of the problem (if the attachments aren't showing I typed an example below).
These are the measures in our pivot table:
After we select the export button the excel file looks like this:
If I remove the editing in the qlik sheet and just take out the commas as seen here:
The excel looks great:
The problem is we cannot exclude the commas in the editing because our numbers can be large and they become very hard to read.
If you could help us out with this problem the extension will be used a great deal in our Qlik Sense apps.
If the pictures aren't visible above, I typed an example of the problem:
This is an example of a measure in our pivot table:
$132,866
After we select the export button the excel file looks like this:
Column A ColumnB
$132 866
If I remove the editing in the qlik sheet and just take out the commas as seen here:
$132866
The excel looks great:
Column A
$132,866
Hello
Firstly wonderful extension...thank you for your effort.
