when on popup for creating a CLI Agent, once the Agent Name has been entered, hitting Enter does not Create the agent, it cancels the transaction

The QR is displayed, the agent loads and runs, says it calling back the app (clinic) but clinic does not login.. changing IE to run in IE9 mode makes it work, flipping to IE8 mode causes it to not login.

When using IE the app returns to the login page after you accept terms of service for opening account.

Facebook logon button jumps around the screen onload

When you click "next" button after setting the passcode during QR code registration of the agent, the QR code pops up where the passcode dialogue box was. The mouse pointer is still where the "next" button was, and therefore is often placed within the QR code. Sometimes right over one of the key squares used to recognize the QR. The agent won't scan the QR with the mouse in that spot and you have to know to move the mouse out of the QR code frame. Otherwise you think something is broken.

If you enroll direct from the Agent, when you go back to Safari the screen that you last saw is still there.

Is there a call to close the Window? If not perhaps redirect to the demo pages.

When you use login option on bank the logged in page is missing the logout button. A refresh of the page will cause it to be displayed. Happens on Chrome on OSX and IE on Win7.

Please add the A2P3 logo to the header like other pages with link back to a2p3.net

When running IE the sample app hosted on dotcloud returns to the login page after logging in instead of showing the data page for the user. Tested IE against instance of sample app running on macbook had same result: login page returns to login does not show the data page.

The QR codes are not being formatted properly in the frame when using chrome. Causing Agent to fail to scan. Example: http://sample-pbmnwwwax5.elasticbeanstalk.com/

This was true of Chrome on OSX and Chrome on Android and Chrome on Windows 7.

adjust the height of the table to the number of agents

hitting 'return' on prompt for name dismisses popup rather than move to next screen

Login for registrar, si, health, email, people does not work on IE. Clicking button does not result in a QR code - nothing happens.

Similar to the Bank Issue, after logging in through backdoor, the page refreshes, but no profile information is show.

Getting doesnt support porperties errors in scripts for setup.a2p3.net using IE8
