neuropynamics's Issues

Check paths for all notebooks

If you push a Colab notebook to GitHub the path for the "Open in Colab" link is created with the notebook in the base path of the branch it was pushed to.

So in the end we need to make sure that each "Open in Colab" button actually is set to the correct path and works.

Add explanations to the code

  • Neuron model explanation

  • Short intro to brian2 (units, monitors etc.)

  • Neuron parameter explanations

  • Interaction with the notebook

Add general readme

This should contain the following:

  • Overview of repository content and goal

  • Links to all notebooks

  • Licensing information

  • References

Add bifurcation plot

Add an example for plotting bifurcation plots, based on the brian2 introduction
