[Feature Idea] Graph visualization of progression over time

Said graph could either be score over time or number of solves per time unit (day, week?).

It could also work on a single category or combination of categories.

For head-to-head comparison, having both players' progressions in one graph could be desirable.

table of challenges aren't responsive

I'm not satisfied with the current state of the table with challenges, it doesn't feels responsive. As I'm pretty inexperienced with front-end, I'd like to hear opinions about how to make them feel better at different screen sizes.
