Hide traders who are "unavailable" on the trader screen.

Purpose: Remove UI bloat from the trader screen when utilizing mods like Path To Tarkov or Traveler that disable traders based on location. I.E. If you're on a location that has only Therapist accessible, only Therapist should show on the trader screen.

Utilizing Path to Tarkov or Traveler (or similar mod), choosing a time zone can only be chosen from a hideout location.

Once you leave main hideout location(s), you can no longer choose a time to enter raid and are locked in to the one you chose.
(Traveler adds multiple hideouts).

Ideas for factory: if the time is 8PM - 5AM night time factory is the only available time. Any other time, day time factory is only available.

Locks the Flea Market completely unless player can obtain a flea market access card which allows flea to function properly for 5 minute duration. Flea becomes locked again after 5 minute duration ends.
