the plot server seems to be resulting in empty header tags. This is causing one of the biggest accessibility issues for both the labour and trade dashboards.

First step here is find in djsir-data/djprtheme#23

once the palettes exist adjust plot server and other similar functions to use the new palettes

We've been instructed that inputs (e.g. sliders) need labels for accessibility reasons. As a start I recommend we add a label like "date" to the slider in djpr_plot_ui. This can be implemented as sliderInput(label = "date", ...). Please implement and test with the dashboards (extra text may put the different inputs out of alignment).

It looks like djpr_plot_server is caching every single possible width configuration for a given plot, meaning the cache will not work for devices with a screen size different to the device that the cache was developed on.
