Modules and PowerShell DSC resources on PowerShell Gallery have versions. This ansible module assumes installing the most current version of the specified PowerShell module but in many instances, one might want to install a previous version.

I'd like to recommend adding an optional "version" parameter so that the user can install a specific version of a module from PowerShell Gallery

  tasks:
    - name: install xHyper-V DSC resource
      win_psmodule:
        name: xHyper-V
        version: 3.10.0.0
        state: present

In PowerShell, this would be equivalent to Install-Package -Name xHyper-V -RequiredVersion 3.10.0.0

I could probably do this and submit a pull request if you'd be willing to publish it to Ansible Galaxy
