Hey, I'm trying this library but I'm having a hard time understanding how to set it up for the first time.

Any actual example would be great!

There are currently two things wrong with the implementation of reporting unhandled pledge rejections:

1. as it uses throw it breaks further execution and therefore loading of further dependencies
2. although "unhandled" detection is defered there are still many false positives possible due to the internal workings of demand

ToDos:

1. completely remove handling of unhandled rejections
2. add (or fix existing) reject event to be able to use it as a general debug tool instead
