I get the following error on the first run, Ubuntu 15.04

I noticed that if you have ap-hotspot active, then the nethogs cannot start. Returns the following error:

sudo ./nethogs/nethogs -t -d 2

ioctl failed while establishing local IP for selected device mon.wlan0. You may specify the device on the command line.

I think this is related to mon.wlan0 which is created by hotspotd.
Actually, when nethogs tries to open a socket with/on this interface, it returns error!

Sometimes the program crashes with the following error:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007fffe9433013 in dbusmenu_menuitem_get_id () from /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdbusmenu-glib.so.4

It seems thaft this is a dbus issue, the same error was noticed in an old weather indicator (I don't remember its name)
