Remove @L and @R

Num = ...;
Expr = {
    <start: @L> <Num> <end: @R>,
    <start: @L> <(Expr "+" Num)> <end: @R>,
}

Should be rendered like

# Expr

Insert anchors for other elemenets

A = {};

B = A;

B should be rendered to something like:

Also needs to remove ` characters and escape everything else (< -> <, > -> >, ...)

Add doc comments on nonterminal parameters

Macro<

Redered like:

Inline macros

Expr = {

Expr should be rendered like:

For removing @L and @R, see #2.

Ignore the `!` / `<!>` alternatives

Something like:

}

Should be rendered like:
