Whilst there is a sacrificial bed, it is not level. Ideally we'd get a bit of MDF the size of the bed, mount it with recessed screws, then level it with a wide router bit (say 1"). With such a bed you'll be able to flip it over and re-level once the first side is done.

Ideally a range of collets would be available to allow you to use a variety of router bits with different shank sizes, and different drill bits.
