Set things up so it can send emails

It might be good if we can let people book things without creating an account but it then emails them with a link to set their password. Should guard against people entering other people's email addresses lots.

Probably more tricky to do but it would be good to require that a training had been completed before allowing someone to book a machine.

In English we wouldn't want to include the "the" in front of DoES Liverpool when talking about the space. We should add an option alongside the la/le to allow that.

Currently you have to go to the calendar page then drag across rows to create a slot.

To book you then have to go to "Reserve a Machine" and then make sure to click the "Book" link under the machine's picture.

Once you're an admin you can't then act as a user, we should make admins a superset of users.

Subscriptions are interesting, we could have a membership subscription that gives you lower prices for machines, but then we have to charge by the hour. We could have a "One day" subscription that gives you zero prices for machines, except that fab manager doesn't allow a subscription to have a period of one day.

Some of the timezones seem a bit strange - the opening and closing hours for the space, IIRC.

At present user accounts seem completely separate from administrators (of the Fab Manager instance). We should be able to upgrade someone's account when they become an organiser to allow them to modify things.

Can only delete users at the minute. It'd be good to be able to reset people's passwords too.

Currently machine slots are one hour long, we would like to have longer slots.
