When submitting a form, sometimes we can only catch some errors after it's been submitted. While it is not inherently a form error, we can still match it to a user input.
Currently I have a use case where I need to set an ID for an object. But this ID can't be a duplicate of another existing ID.
This method appends a new error object into the provided key.
