It seems this is not the complete dictionary. For example, upon first glance, I found that absconded and accolades are not present, despite abscond and accolade being included.

Not sure why they are not included here. Based on this, there are likely more words that have been mysteriously omitted from this list.

Eugenia is a genus of flowering plants in the myrtle family Myrtaceae.

This seems to be a common issue with most word lists, is they tend to incorporate a lot of graduate level science and medicine lingo. It's hard to know where to draw the line.
