codesearch currently prints an error (no such file or directory) when the index yielded a candidate file that doesn't exist anymore. This error shouldn't be displayed, or at least be hidden behind the -verbose flag.
In addition to the -f flag, allow specifying a directory to search in. . would, recursively, search in the current directory, while /foo would recursively search in /foo, and so on.
