Tublin fluorescence fluctuation data set simulation

I am trying to learn to use this software for the purpose of simulating a microtubule dataset of fluorescence fluctuations for reconstruction, but I have just started to get in touch with simulated data and I am not sure if this software can achieve this function? I would be grateful if you could let me know.

How do I set the coordinates to generate the fluorescent point position?

Are the locations of the fluorescent dots randomly generated? Can I set it to a fixed location? If it is randomly generated, can we know the position coordinates of the fluorescent dots?Thank you very much.

How to set the signal-to-noise ratio of simulated data?

Hi,
I'm learning how to use this software to generate a saries SMLM data that have different SNR. But I couldn't work it out. I'm not sure whether this function is implemented or not? I would be grateful if you'd let me know.
