To reproduce:
Start the bot and use %daily

Wait until the day has changed and run %daily again.

Permissions should be restricted to: Leader, Officers, Developers

Commands spawned <boss> <time> and killed <boss> <time>

Some bosses spawn on set timers, others respawn after set timers. Ideally the bot will eventually understand which is which and will be able to @here-ping in a specified channel 30 or so minutes before the expected spawn.

Should also implement resetbosses command, usable by Seniors and Officers? that will clear any pending respawn timers in the event of a server crash or restart.

A feature that, outside of dev mode, will retrieve the daily shadow mission at the same time every morning and write it to guild\events-lfg channel.

Usage: help <command>

Discord.ext has a way to use docstrings easily for this with a decorator, I think

%role <role> adds the role, or removes it if you have it
