Wine 5 added a dependency for FAudio and Ubuntu 18.04 doesn't have a package for it.
I added a fix for it but I can't test if the dedicated server itself still runs with Wine 5, maybe you can give it a try?

Thanks for the fix. It works perfectly, I got Dedicated server is running with Wine 5, so all is good. I had tried adding an FAudio fix, but it was different than the one you used, so that's probably why I still couldn't get it to build.
