Only voters who have delegated another delegate can see the delegates profile, and even then, they cannot see the other delegates.

Show only domain specific delegation information. i.e. let a voter only know of the activity of their delegate in the domain they delegated the person to.

Check that voter has chosen a domain when trying to delegate.

Finish the profile feed on the homepage so that it notified the users of recent activity, including delegates.

Check if a new delegation relationship leads to a circular delegation.

On the Delegates panel, color the delegates according to the domain delegation. For listing polls, color them as well.

Also, I'd to clarify the distinction between answer recommendation and vote proxying. People need to see what answers are being recommended to them before they decide how to answer the question at hand. With vote proxying, they can't do that!

If a user has delegated a delegate in just one domain, but the delegate has multiple domains available. Still show the availability of the delegate.
