实现过程：
1.获取城市名
    a)判断是否是中文，若是则通过pinyin模块转化为英文字母，可能还需要去空格。
2.获取对应城市的天气数据
3.分析提取数据
4.展示数据
    a)文本展示
    b)图形界面展示


ps：获取天气的数据用到了百度天气API，非常好用，至于怎么用，百度一下吧~~~
