Based on needs arisen from various project:

1. Print return

• str() everything except None, which should not print
• Option should be enabled by default

2. @cli.subroutine decorator, acts like add_function()

As suggested by the title. Currently tab will just tab and ctrl-D will print ^D to screen.

Suggestions:

1. Parse **kwargs as unknown args, but details on handling and whether this option brings too much confusion is subject to further discussion...
2. Support more bash argument expansion such as {1..5}, {a,b,c}, but needs to prevent bash command substitution using $() and ``, or we can just allow any bash commands. How to handle it is subject to further discussion.

Add all subcommands as choices in argparse, so help message will show up like:

usage: script.py [-h] {cmd1, cmd2}
...

Apply this only to the program itself when using cli.run(). Keep it the old way for the console and stuff, as for now.
