Fundamental-mode snippets pi and phi conflict with julia-latexsub about snippets HOT 10 CLOSED

They also sometimes accidentaly complete with normal latex buffers and expand for me when I'm meaning to pass field in nested snippets.

I think we can disable them by creating a new overriding snippet with the same uuid, and give it a nil condition so it would never expand. I'll look into that.

It should be fixed. Could you check Wetter you still have old "compiled" files. Ie. Could you check wether rebuilding the package files helps?

Unfortunately, after running doom build, doom compile juila-mode, and several other variations of that still give me the snippit for \phi, what's the command you have in mind when you say "rebuilding the package files"?

Did you unpin the package? If you did, you could apropos a function defined in doom-snippets follow to the file and check whether phi is still in the fundamental mode snippets folder, if yes there are still old files. If not the problem needs to be investigated further.

Yes, with julia-mode unpinned, phi is still in the fundamental-mode snippets folder.

Ah, my bad. I hadn't bumped doom-snippets in doom yet. Just did it in doomemacs/doomemacs@1dfe690, so I'll consider this resolved. Thanks for reminding me!
