Is it possible to make such function to check is client already has a file without actually an attempt to transmit it there?

It is very useful when you may want to check what custom maps client already downloaded.
Like, when you want to change map and you don't know what to choose from list so not to lose players, who doesn't have a map.

The current binaries published is from 2014. Needs to be updated and since there is no documentation on how to build it nor any sort of automation of it would like to request for latest binary for both, since this exts is a good thing to have.
