Unhandled 'error event

Just run
node ./server/app.js

get this error

Support grunt in addition to gulp

There are still a fair number of developers using grunt rather than gulp. We should support them too! Add an inquirer option to choose a build system, and add options for gulp and grunt.

Add a deployment option

We should support shipping and deploying, for instance with shipit.

Fix Travis badge

The Yeoman generator adds some nifty Travis CI stuff, but the badge seems to be broken. Fix it.

Add Less option

Add support for the CSS preprocessor Less.

Add a prompt option, plus a transpilation step in the gulp files, and translate the existing styles into Less.

Add eslint to the build

You should lint your Javascript! We should add an eslint target to the gulp files, perhaps using gulp-eslint.

Add Sass option

Add support for the CSS preprocessor Sass.

Add a prompt option here, plus a transpilation step in the gulp files, and translate the existing styles into Sass.

Add David badge to example repo

David is a great way to manage your dependencies. Currently, we generate a couple of David targets in the app, but we don't have a badge on the example repo.

Add regression tests

Currently, to test the generator, you have to run it once for every combination of options. In general, this is too tedious/time consuming, and doesn't get done before we publish a new version. Instead, we should write regression tests and run them as part of prepublish so that we prevent publishing of broken code.

Migrate to Angular 2

Angular 2 has a beta release! We should use it.
