There is an option in Preferences > Editor > Indentation > Saving > Automatically trim trailing whitespace which, when combined with this extension, causes the inability to type new words or new lines. The extension immediately eliminates any spaces or tabs as you type them.

Perhaps this extension could save a little less aggressively -- maybe just when the file loses focus, for example? This is a feature I miss from Sublime Text.

Great plugin, was looking for this the other day so great to see you've created one.

Works great but a little too effectively. When using the auto-complete contextual menu the save occurs before there is time to make a selection.

Simplest solution would be to add a delay before the doc is saved (which could be manually set perhaps)
Or detect for the completion of the selection.
