The second to last cell (commented out) in run_city_justice.ipynb returns an error to do with the name not being found as an index.

At the end of the notebook, I tried to access internal data for a particular droplet module:

the data is gone. If anyone would like to help find out where the data went, please jump in. Thanks.

With two extensive examples available now, we can begin to develop a common framework to present examples of Cortix on notebooks. Please give it some thought so we collect various pieces of visualization codes we have developed so far and package into Cortix. Thanks.
