this version isn't finding exams on CDs as much as it did in prior version. This version just seems to be not reading dicomdir possibly? Anything I can do to help troubleshoot?

I was wondering if it could be possible to rip the dicom off of CDs that require a password first? usually, its always the DOB of the patient, as in YYYYMMDD.

Using the build.sh, I find that is impossible to download from the dcmtk git repository,
instead if I substitute it with the github url it runs fine.

Hello, first of all, thank you so much for your Dovo Software, works great.
I contact you because we have a little problem, I'm from spain and there are patient with the Ñ character in te patient name info, and if there are this character (Ñ), dovo doesn't show the images and we can't no import to Pacs, it's possible to fix this issue? I think is a language problem only.

It happens every now and again. You get a disk that is damaged, or the burn went bad. one or more of the individual files are unreadable, but the rest of the disk is fine. During update, Dovo will retry to get the file, but fails. It would be nice to have an option to skip that file and move onto the next one. Possibly with a skip all failures checkbox.

Just a thought. I know you aren't dumping a lot of time into this, but I figured I would ask.

A user requested a quick send or auto send button feature.

Quick send:

• select default destination from configuration
• select default source (e.g. D:)
• immediately search for and send all dicom images on media when quick send is pressed.

The idea of the quick send would allow the user to insert a CD and press "quick send."

This eliminates the following clicks:

• Selecting the directory
• Clicking Update
• Selecting the send destination
• Selecting the exam (times) however many exams there are on the CD

What would be even easier for the user is to create autosend mode, so that once you open the program, is just automatically searches for DICOM and sends everything automattically, then exits when complete.
You can configure dovo.exe by having it check for autosend.ini in the root dir.

Once configured, when the program is launched, it automatically searches the default dir for dicom files, then auto sends all exams to the default AE title as configured in the ini file.
To disable autosend, delete or rename the autosend.ini

Would be nice if there was an option to send to multiple DICOM destinations at once.

Is it possible to deploy the MSI installer and have it contain a pre-set destination? So all installs will already have it setup? Maybe a file we can copy to the machines with the info?
