The extended theme just stopped working. I updated windows and the extended theme just doesn't work anymore (i've launched the install file and nothing happens) :(

I get the following error when running install.bat:

The original 6.css file is missing Please remove all files in /steamui/css/ and start Steam without flags to regain missing files

However, when following these instructions, Steam does not generate the file 6.css.

so like i said in the title, the extended theme on steam keeps going back to default after everytime i restart my pc. the basic theme always stays the same, it's just the extended theme. i'm on normal windows 10.

It seems to be an issue specific to library.css. If I comment out @import 'customlibrary.css' the issue persists. It only resolves if I rename library.css to something else and restore steamlibrary.css to just library.css. 1010.css seems to be working fine.

Hi, I have followed the instructions for macOS on https://draculatheme.com/steam but it is not listed in the settings for steam what have I done wrong

the skins folder did not exist in ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/ so I created it

In the Settings there are 2 Sections which are broken as you can see in the screenshots.

custom6.css has, for colors :

• Variables, like draculaCyan
• Hard-coded hexadecimal colors, like #6272a4
• Hard-coded rgba colors, like rgba(46,50,66,1)

I think it would be better to replace the hard-coded colors by variables, considering that some are repeted. It would make easier supporting this theme. Hard-coded colors also makes it hard to understand what color exactly is used there.

The accents do not work after running the install script on the newest version of steam.

So i just dowload dracula and my steam is blank

I don't think the pink color looks very good. Maybe cyan would be better?

For me when installing the Theme, only the announcements button gets the color, and the rest of the UI seems to look like it should, but with less color I believe. Library and Store, as well as font and font color looks like default steam. I did it the normal installation way, didn't work. did the extended installation method, didn't work either. At least I've got a new Button saying: Dracula with the Subtabs Report Bug and Theme Version 210116.

Created a discussion in Dracula's Steam group. As I'm just a member there, I can't add him directly to the team.

What would be the process to add him? I could add him directly to the repo, but I guess as we have a team, it's intended to be used.

@tintinmaster added most of the new style stuff, so he really earned to also maintain this repo.

Quite the important number of information on this screenshot, but I'll describe it.

• Installed and applied the Steam Skin (you can notice the added Dracula entry if you hardly distinguish the color skins of the steam UI).
• Ran the install.sh script successfully. You can notice, on the bottom right, that the files were correctly modified. The added custom.css, the 5.css renamed to steam5.css to allow for both files to be loaded.
• Also, while the current opened steam\steamui\css folder, and files has been opened after Steam *(To confirm that Steam haven't verified those, and replaced those files), You can see the Library Interface hasn't been modified in any way. You can also notice, on the terminal on the top, that Steam has been properly started with the -noverifyfiles parameter.
• You can notice some theming errors in the logs, making me believe that the custom theme .css has something wrong. (But I don't know if it is worth pointing just some CSS variables, or just as another nail in the coffin of people making Steam skins)

"Both .css files", you said to rename ONE file, why are you referring to two files?

As you know, the theme is broken since the Steam Library update. If you now can find the time to get it fixed, I would really appreciate that and would buy you a coffee.

The Linux install instructions says

1. cd ~/.local/share/Steam/skins/ && git clone https://github.com/Trollwut/Dracula-by-Trollwut.git
2. select the skin Dracula-by-Trollwut and restart Skin, done!

Shouldn't this be changed to dracula/steam for the new repository?

There is no 5.css File or Steam/steamui/css Directory in Steam on macOS version.

The Steam theme is not the same as the Friend Chat theme, and that makes Steam looks kind of ugly

The new steam update has messed up the theme to where you now can't see or click on anything in that bar. When I revert back to the default skin I can see and interact with them again.

steam beta update which added the account switcher broke this theme

the image graphics/clienttexture8.tga seems to be malformed, when viewing it on nsxiv it consistently causes it to crash, nsxiv is avaible on debian testing and ubuntu kinetic.

in the case of the problem not being the image an issue has been filed to the bug tracker of nsxiv.

I followed all the instructions for both basic and extended installations, however the accent colors do not appear. There is the Dracula button on the top left though. Not sure if the skin was also applied in the library section of Steam.

Computer has been in storage for a while and I just started up my computer and Steam had an update. The css skin files no longer are applied.

Like the title says. There's literally no 1010.css in my steamui/css directory. deleted the entire directory and launched Steam without flags to restore original files... and that particular file doesn't seem to be part of the "original" files.

As per title, the top bar seems to be cut off, like in the image below.

When I apply the theme to Steam the menu is covered up by my username floating over it. Also, when I try to access my Library nothing is there except a tiny box in the top left-hand corner that I have tried to resize but it doesn't allow me.

I know that there was this issue already (#7), but it still does not work. At least not fully, some parts are changed, and maybe the background color is the right one but everything else is the same as default.

Header is now hidden for some reason.

i went to do the extended install and it's not working. i follow all of the steps it says to, rename everything, and the games tab still isn't skinned. im on windows.

The latest steam beta update removed steam skins as of today.

Steam have found a way to break it :(
