Thanks to the spec created by @dsifford , we have the 'standard' ANSI values to use.

This issue tracks bringing Terminal.app in line with said spec.

For the people who wanted to have exactly same theme as the screen shot on the website?

I like the color display setting as shown in this project's screenshot (that's also why I choose this theme)

As you can see, the color for the directory name dracula-theme is in purple while the color for git branch is cyan.
However, when I follow the instruction to install the theme on my terminal (I'm using Mac's own Terminal.app, zsh shell, and oh-my-zsh extension, both are the same with the terminal used in the screenshot above), I got different colors for directory name and branch name

Now the color for directory name is actually cyan while for the git branch is purple. That's not what I want. I want to change the color for directory name to be purple and git branch to be cyan, which is basically the same as project's screenshot.

Can you provide any instruction on how to do it? Thanks

Currently, the instructions available at https://draculatheme.com/terminal in the Activating theme section are not totally accurate. All required UI navigation are not accounted for. Since the instructions are not contained in the readme, I'm unable to create a PR here, but instead I'm requesting the instructions be updated to the following:

1. Terminal > Preferences
2. Click the Profiles tab
3. In the left pane at the bottom, click "...", then Import...
4. Browse to and select the Dracula.terminal file
5. Click Default
6. Restart all open terminals

What I did:

brew tap dracula/install
brew install --cask dracula-terminal

At the end:

The file /Users/electfreak/Dracula.terminal does not exist.
🍺  dracula-terminal was successfully installed!

Then I've tried to "import" profile but got nothing since I can't guess where file is located. I've triend to find a file with name "Dracula.terminal" but seems like there is no such. Theme did not appear in settings.

Real quick, was just curious if there is already a custom bash prompt available. I looked around and couldn't find one so I started making my own. However, it's incomplete and I thought there's no point in continuing if someone else already made it. Otherwise, I'll keep working on it.

Wasn't sure where to raise this 'issue' as I don't think it is something related to the project itself, but after cloning the repo, I cannot import the necessary file (see below). It seems as though it is the terminal.app folder that isn't accessible?

Hi, I seem to have an issue where the text for long lines seems to wrap over itself, instead of flowing onto a new line like it should. Not sure why this happened, and any advice you can give on how to fix it would be much appreciated. Lacking step for terminal to display colors in BASH or the default shell for the Terminal App. To be helpful, instructions should mention that Users (using 10.13.4 or later), should run:

export PS1="\[\033[36m\]\u\[\033[m\]@\[\033[32m\]\h:\[\033[33;1m\]\w\[\033[m\]\$ "

I am unable to import the Dracula.terminal file in the Terminal app. I am just unable to select it (dimmed file).
Is that a known issue?

I downloaded the theme on my terminal and am trying to make it look like what's on the website but it isn't working. Can someone help? I'm also very new to all this, it's my first time using terminal so please be specific on anything I need to do. Even when I type in certain words such as git it doesn't work. Thank you in advance.
