In the retail FFXI client, there was a chat update that relies on something in the 119 Dat folder.
This folder seems to just be related to the UI, not particularly the Maps, so this file either needs to be updated or removed before applying it to an installation, as it will cause a crash upon trying to full screen the chat window.

Good afternoon, I followed your install guide by was unable to get them to display with additional mark ups on the maps, my next question is do I also need to put in the other 2 files in the FFXI Folder? Git attributes and Git ignore?
