I think we wanna break open the hybrid system folder, and just have a flat directory structure for different applications. In each folder it'll be about a particular problem, and can allow a bunch of different formats. So let's have:

benchmark/kepler
benchmark/quadcopter
benchmark/bouncingball
etc.

For each folder we'll put a make file, a readme explaining the model, a page/file for results, etc.

Tried to execute it using the command:
./dReach -l 0 -u 1 water-triple-network.drh --verbose --precision 0.01 --visualize

Gives the following error:
dReal Options: --verbose --precision 0.01 --visualize
>> syntax error at line 7
For k = 0, there is no feasible path to check.
>> syntax error at line 7
For k = 1, there is no feasible path to check.
