Import error

Importing module in vue3 typescript with import { createWatcher } from "next-vue-storage-watcher" results in

Could not find a declaration file for module 'next-vue-storage-watcher'. 'c:/Users/Firu/Documents/LetsGO/jako_pavouk/frontend2/node_modules/next-vue-storage-watcher/dist/next-vue-storage-watcher.es.js' implicitly has an 'any' type.
There are types at 'c:/Users/Firu/Documents/LetsGO/jako_pavouk/frontend2/node_modules/next-vue-storage-watcher/src/types/index.d.ts', but this result could not be resolved when respecting package.json "exports". 
The 'next-vue-storage-watcher' library may need to update its package.json or typings.

Not reactive...

I thought this library was reactive. Unless i'm missing something, I thought that meant when I change a localStorage value, it changes the value that i used in my template.
