I am developing my project in an offline environment. I installed Adobe XD offline. I tried to install the plugins by following your instructions, but I am getting the "Unable to Install Plugin" error. Here are the steps I followed:

• I downloaded the plugins as a zip file and moved them to my offline computer with a flash disk.
• I changed the extension of the zip file to .xdx.

When I click on the file, Adobe XD opens, and I am getting this error ;
"Unable to Install Plugin"
Failed to install "": file system error

I would be glad if you can help.

Just in case any one wondering,

1. Zip the respective plugin folder as .zip
2. Rename that zip as .xdx
3. Double click the .xdx file,
4. Adobe XD opens up, after a little while, asking if you want to install
5. Install and enjoy

it seems like Adobe patched the latest versions out, preventing "local installations".
Need help with the "Unable to load Marketplace. Launch the creative cloud app and view plugins in Marketplace."

Following may solve this problem👇

copy-paste the folders of the plugins you want directly to the developer folder(in xd you select plugins -> development -> show development folder, something like that). And you're done! No zip and renaming to xdx.

Note: just copy-paste the plugins you want. don't need plugin folder.
