Add event filter

Add a system to filter out events (by name) to not transfer "Study Abroad Infosessions"

Some events fail to be created

This could have something to do with characters . and , that appear in the title unescaped. Other than that this behaviour seems to affect random events, but consistently, i.e. the same events for every attempt.
