Handing this off to Blair and Nick to implement in the Plots and Plot Observations screens since those are your screens. Once both are complete, the issue can be closed. You can use the code in index and transects as an example.

Thanks Rory, I've added the code to plotObservations.js and it will be fully testable when addPlotObservation is written.

This is now working for the transect and plot. And as Nick said in earlier post, "it will be fully testable when addPlotObservation is written".

When this issue was opened there was no code in place to handle photo deletion. Closing this issue assuming addPlotObservation will conform to the changes since made.
