- Removed species_id (FK) from plot_observation table
- Added "observation" column to plot_observation table
Seems strange to me have all that "observation" info in one field?
Also, should we consider moving the taxonomy data tables into their own database?

I wondered about having the taxonomy data in a separate database; mainly for when it gets updated annually.
The observation field would only hold a single observation (species_name, or family_name, or order_name depending on what the user picks or types in). Remember, a plotObservation is only a single plant.

Sounds good. Will look into idea of moving the taxonomy data in the coming days.
