• Inspire Geoportal: The INSPIRE Geoportal is the central European access point to the data provided by EU Member States and several EFTA countries under the INSPIRE Directive.

• EMODnet Human Activities: Geodata on human activities (e.g. oil and gas extraction, infrastructure, shipping, fisheries) in the Europea seas.

• Eurostat Geodata files: Geocoded European statistics from Eurostat.

• Eurogeographics: The Open Maps For Europe project is coordinated by EuroGeographics, the not-for-profit membership association for European National Mapping, Cadastral and Land Registration Authorities (NMCAs), in partnership with the National Geographic Institute (NGI) Belgium.

• European Environmental Agency. Many spatial datasets on European environmental issues.

• Copernicus Open Access Hub: Free remote sensing data from the Copernicus satellite programme (a.k.a Sentinel programme).

• ArcGIS hub: huge open data hub from ESRI and ArcGIS users.

• PDOK: A huge collection of official spatial datasets from the Dutch government.

• National Geo Registry: Thousands of official spatial datasets from Dutch government agencies.

• DANS: Scientific data hub, also with geodata.

• CBS Geographical statistics: Geocoded data from the Dutch Bureau of Statistics, with many administrative boundaries.

• Infrastructure open data: Open data platform of the Ministry for Infrastructure.

• Oil and gas sector: Spatial datasets on oil and gas extraction.
