DB often broken when update a lot of things in a while QQ

Can not sure is it because of opening 2 DB instance at the same time
Ex. Execute NODE_ENV=production node and update DB when running server.

Set port by command line, e.g.

npm run start -- -p 3000

As title.
Maybe cooperating with front end is needed.

Since configure is uploaded to github, locally changed configure will be overwritten by new version's configure.

We may need something like npm run setup, that we save config elsewhere, and copy to correct path that command.

E.x. upload ./src/template/config.js to github, copy ./src/template/config.js to ./config.js
