Can I downgrade busted v2.0 effector (yes really messed up the fragile traces) to 1.3?

Hello Friend!

I'm glad to find this open source repo for my personal favourite 3d printing part: The Smart Effector :-)

I own 7 of them now. One of them version 2.0 won't pass the self tests because I really badly damaged the traces
so I am not surprised... I am sad however that it is useless now when I believe it would still be somewhat usable if it were a version 1.3 with no checks? I'm a firmware dev so you can get fairly technical with me...

Any hints as to if this is possible at all would be really appreciated! I'm trying to learn everything about the SE because I plan on owning hundreds of them soon mouahahaha ;-)
