ConceptScheme's not written to SDMX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create sdmx structure in memory
2. Create and add a concept
3. Create a conceptScheme
4. Save structure object

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:
  <Concepts>
    <ConceptScheme agencyID="AGENCY_ID" id="my_id">
      <Name xml:lang="en">Name</Name>
      <Concept id="id">
...
Actual
  <Concepts>
      <Concept agencyID="AGENCY_ID" id="id">
...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 77
Windows 77

Please provide any additional information below.
The structure object doesn't write out the ConceptScheme.

BTW
We are interested in using this library, but we are interested in features that
don't appear to be currently supported - mainly around writing the structure
(and dataset) files.
We are willing to make source contributions/patches for these features.

How quickly would you be able to make the changes that we are interested in?
Are you willing to work with us on this?
Thanks
M.

bop_its_tot.dsd.xml

Where is there a copy of bop_its_tot.dsd.xml used in Tests?

Great library BTW!

Creating KeyFamilies

Hello,
we are trying to use the library, and we faced the problem that we actually
can't fill created KeyFamily class instance with dimensions, primary measure
etc. For business reasons we have to create whole model in memory, and we are
not using existing DSD's with keyfamilies.
Is there any legal way to do that?
