Add proper releases and semver
The only way to install this right now is if you have Golang installed and can compile it. We need proper releases based on semantic versioning and downloaded binaries.
Offline support
Currently there needs to be an active internet connection to use this tool but that is not an obvious dependency and shouldn't be required for generating a file locally. Add support for offline caching of files and occasional updates.
Write documentation
The readme is very incomplete and needs to be fleshed out more.
